A road in a town near Norwich has reopened after a serious crash.
Emergency services were called to Britannia Way and Dereham Road, in Costessey, just before 3.30pm on Thursday (18 July) to reports that a woman had been hit by a car.
An air ambulance was called to the scene but the nature of any injuries remains unknown.
Speaking on Thursday afternoon spokesman for the police said: "This is an ongoing situation and the scene is still in progress. We will update the public with further details in time."
Police were redirecting traffic away from the affected area while Dereham Road was closed.
