A city community is getting ready to loosen the purse strings and splash a little cash.
The NR3 neighbourhood will come together to host its own yard sale this September following the "huge" success of a similar event in nearby NR2.
Organiser Mark Wilsher, who has lived in the area for 18 years, said it was the perfect opportunity to make friends and walk away with something to talk about.
"The important thing is getting people out onto the streets to get to know each other," he said.
"There have been lots of good community events in NR3 over the last few years from alleyway clean-ups and street parties to big events like the performances by the Common Lot.

"There's a great community feel here that the yard sale can build on."
People set up tables outside their homes selling everything from glassware and clothing to CDs and kids' toys.
Anyone is welcome to join, Mark said, with 15 homes already signed up and "many more" to come.
Those interested are encouraged to get in touch with him on the event's Facebook page where they will be added to an online map featuring the locations taking part.
Mark hopes the NR3 sale will grow to be hundreds-strong in the coming years should it be successful.
The first event will be between 11am and 4pm on September 1.

He added: "Come with a little loose change in your pocket in case you find something you like.
"I came away from the last NR2 sale with a novelty scientific mug and a CD box set of Arabic music - it was brilliant."
Having exploded in popularity, the NR2 yard sale is now in its sixth year with as many as 250 homes regularly taking part.
