A city shop and cafe will soon be hitting the market as the owner announces plans to switch up the business.
Kerri Notman, 33 and owner of the plant shop and cafe Leslie Terrance in Farmers Avenue, has announced that she will soon be advertising the lease for the site.
"Although this will be the end for Leslie Terrance as a high street shop, it's not the end of the business and we still have a way to go before we close," she said.
"We aren't in a rush and are looking for the right person who can give more time to the cafe and help it reach its potential."
The business started life in Wymondham after the then 22-year-old Kerri chased her dream of opening a plant shop.
"No one thought we would last longer than five minutes," she said.
"Since then there has been a global pandemic, Brexit - all of our plants come from abroad - six shops in four different locations and 11 years of business.
"It is time for a change.
"We've got through all of this, and plan to get through the cost-of-living crisis as well, but unfortunately that does mean that we will have to reduce our staffing levels.

"It's also brought to light that it's time for me to have a bit of time being a mum while my children are still small."
Once the site has changed hands, Kerri's plan is to keep the plant and gift shop open as an online business, which will run workshops locally and tour local festivals - with her Christmas wreath-making workshops already filling up.
For now, the shop will change its opening days to Tuesday to Saturday, and Kerri will run free weekly kids' craft workshops from the site throughout the school holidays.
"Being a working mum I know how hard it is to get time to yourself, so it's an opportunity for some parents to bring their kids along and for them to enjoy a coffee," she said.
Leslie Terrance remains open indefinitely with further updates announced on its Instagram: @leslieterranceshop.
