A new betting shop will be opening on the outskirts of the city centre after plans were recently given the go-ahead.
Betting giant Betfred had its application to move into the former TSB bank, in Magdalen Street, approved by Norwich City Council.
The shop confirmed it would have just the one shop in the area, relocating from its current site in Sovereign Way next to Anglia Square, just over the road from the new building.
Betfred added it would be "creating a brand new shop for new and existing customers".
As part of the plans, the shop entrance will move to the location of the current ATM, opening up a much larger window into the shop.

The shop will open between 8am and 10pm from Monday to Saturday, and from 9am until 10pm on Sundays.
There was only one objection to the application online stating the location is "not a wealthy area and a betting shop open so late will not be a benefit it in any single way".

The permission from Norwich City Council requires the business to create the new shop within three years and said the development must follow the plans submitted.
The TSB site closed in June 2022 and it has remained empty since.
It was one of 70 branches around the country to be culled after a spokesman for the company revealed that only six people were using the branch regularly.
