Luca Pizza took on the kitchen at The Warwick Arms earlier this year, with food served from Tuesday to Sunday.
The horsebox is at The Trafford Arms on Tuesdays from 5pm to 9pm.
Mr La Bella said: "Nick and Briony were looking for food vendors at The Whalebone and we already had a good relationship so it was a no-brainer."
