A mobile kitchen that specialises in fire-based cooking has started its residency at a Norwich pub.
Rollin Embers is based at The Whalebone in Magdalen Road, recently under new management, every Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 9pm.
The opening week menu featured chicken flatbreads, pork belly ribs and grilled aubergine cooked over coals.
Rollin Embers was launched by Nathan Rackham, from Wymondham, earlier this year and he has been to various events, such as the Royal Norfolk Show.
