Charity Age UK Norwich is seeking daredevils to abseil a city landmark to raise critical funds.
The organisation, dedicated to enhancing the lives of the elderly, will host the event on October 6 at Norwich's well-known Forum building.
Proceeds will support the services, offering consolation, guidance and support to those over 50.

Jeremy Goss, corporate relationship manager for Age UK Norwich, said: “Our Forum abseil will be a thrilling, fun and extremely rewarding adventure challenge and will be a great way to test your nerves and face your fears.
"More importantly with every courageous descent made you’ll be raising awareness and vital funds for the beneficiaries of Age UK Norwich and have a meaningful impact on our clients.”
To register for this unmissable adventure, visit the Age UK Norwich website.
Registration for the event is free but organisers do ask all fundraisers to raise a minimum sponsorship of £50 for Age UK Norwich.
