The city's biggest electric forecourt said it will be announcing new business partners at the site soon.
Gridserve Electric Forecourt is looking at new shops to flesh out its site after confirming Costa Coffee would be returning.
The announcement comes after visitors to the site, located off the A47 and NDR at Postwick, said it looked like a "disaster zone" after the shops mysteriously shut earlier this month.
A spokesman for Gridserve said: "While WHSmith, M&S Food and the Post Office will remain closed, we are working on alternative offerings and look forward to announcing our exciting new partners in the near future.

"Our alternative facilities will be able to offer more choice and value to our customers, with an opening date for our new offerings to be confirmed in due course.
"The Costa Coffee has now reopened and we would like to apologise for any inconvenience and disruption during its closure."
The station opened in April 2022 and was the first of its kind in the region offering shopping options alongside 22 high-power ports.
