One of the UK's best-known burger chains has introduced a major new product at a handful of its restaurants.
GBK is now offering smash burgers in select locations and it includes the Norwich restaurant in Chantry Square.
This culinary technique involves precisely smashing beef patties on the grill to achieve a sear that locks in juicy goodness.

The options include the Smashed Classic served with American cheese and the Smashed Blue with blue cheese crumb and sauce - both with gherkins, onions and GBK house mayo and a choice of two, three or four patties.

Also new on the menu and available Monday to Friday until 5pm is Patty Melts, a creation that traces its roots back to 1940s Los Angeles.
Customers can order either the BBQ Cheese and Bacon Melt or a Spicy Bean Melt and it costs £9 with fries.
Sarah Boyle, head of operations at GBK, said: "We are thrilled to share these culinary delights with our customers, showcasing the exceptional quality of British ingredients paired with our unique twist."
