A Norwich travel agent has scored a double after being named best in the region for the second time this year.
Oyster Travel, located in Old Catton, was awarded Regional Agency of the Year at the 2024 Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards.
The agency took the top spot for the East of England in the Small Agency category just weeks after being named Best in the East of England by travel publication TTG.
Travel Weekly’s annual awards show celebrates the UK’s best travel agents and agencies, rewarding those who demonstrate outstanding customer service and exceptional product delivery.
Oyster Travel's managing director, Vicky Samwell-Buckenham, said: “Winning two regional agency awards in such a short period is a tremendous honour and reflects the hard work and dedication of our team.
“Both awards validate our commitment to excellence and innovation in the travel industry, while motivating us to maintain our high standards, push boundaries, and continue to raise the bar going forward."

The company was founded in 2009 by Sophie Baker after she had been made redundant as the manager of Harvey World Travels' Holt branch.
In the last 12 months, the business has had a complete rebrand and invests in regular product and destination training for its team who have more than 170 years of combined experience among its agents, and all travel extensively.
“We’re not your average agency,” Ms Samwell-Buckenham added.
