A Grade II-listed thatched cottage has come up for sale in a village near Wymondham.
Forge Cottage is tucked away in Bracon Ash and sits on a large, leafy plot surrounded by lawns and plenty of foliage.
An old village forge and a Victorian schoolhouse share the land but will require extensive work to be returned to their original state.
These factors will offer the new owners plenty of possibilities, subject to planning permission.
The cottage itself boasts four bedrooms, three reception rooms and one family bathroom.
The home is filled with character features such as traditional beams and fireplaces, making it feel like something straight out of a fairy tale.

Savills is marketing it with a guide price of £500,000 and there is no chain.
Tom Clayton, an associate in the residential sales team at Savills, said: “In the same ownership for more than 40 years and sitting on a generous plot with plenty of character, Forge Cottage is one of only two thatched properties in the village.
"Comprising a Grade II-listed main house alongside an old village forge and a former Victorian schoolhouse – both of which now require significant work – it offers incredible potential for a variety of uses, subject to the necessary planning permissions.”
