A mum-of-three from Norwich has won £20,000 in a competition after an emotionally challenging start to the summer.

Chloe Wilby was recovering from gallbladder surgery when she found out she had won a BOTB Instant Wins Competition.

Her fiancé Greg had also recently undergone an emergency spinal surgery.

BOTB's Christian Williams told Chloe the good news over the phone and said she was "lost for words" and could "only mouth a number of shocked 'nos'".

After gathering her thoughts she shared she would use the cash to bring her wedding forward from 2027 to 2025.

“The family were on the call together and I could see exactly how much this money would make a difference to them and give them something wonderful to look forward to," Christian said.

“It’s lovely to think that this might help them to bring their wedding forward which originally they were planning for 2027 and now hope to arrange for next year.

“I really wish Chloe and her family so much happiness in the future and hope this money will help create lasting and cherished family memories.

"I also hope that both Chloe and her partner’s recoveries continue to go in the right direction.” 

The competition firm BOTB was founded by William Hindmarch in 1999.
