A business owner and pub boss has provided an update on his new boozer.
It was revealed in May that Marcus Pearcey had bought the Green Man in Rackheath after it had sat empty for nearly two years.
He vowed to put his heart and soul into restoring the Wroxham Road public house and teased big things for its future.
And just three months later, Marcus says he has "worked out" the strategy for running the Green Man and said work will begin to transform the premises next month.

He said: "We're planning to kick off work in September with the goal of having everything ready for a grand opening in the spring of next year.
"This project is close to my heart and I'm looking forward to seeing it come alive."
The previous owners were forced to shut up shop in June 2022 at the height of the cost of living crisis, citing a lack of income and rising running costs.
But having beaten out eight other interested publicans, Marcus hopes to create something "really special" with the once-beloved pub when it reopens as a community asset next year.
Marcus owns a number of businesses in and around Norwich.
His business portfolio also includes Butcher Bhoy in the city centre, the recently acquired Joe's Pets stall in Norwich Market and the Sole and Heel in Rackheath, as well as Salhouse Farm Shop and Café at Black Barn Farm in Salhouse.
