A popular restaurant in Norwich is gearing up to compete nationally after scooping a spot at a prestigious award ceremony.
Spice Valley in Magdalen Street has been serving the city south Asian classics since 2018 after opening at its Grade II listed home.
The curry house has gained a spot at this year's English Curry Awards, now entering its thirteenth year.
The awards aim to recognise the top professionals and businesses serving Asian food from across the country.
Spice Valley has been announced as a finalist in two categories, Indian Restaurant of the Year (East of England) as well as the coveted Editor's Choice for Outstanding Chef of the Year.

The winners will be announced at a black-tie ceremony in Birmingham next Monday.
