Work has started to revamp a former city clothes shop into a fast-food restaurant.
Taco Bell will soon be hitting Norwich's streets as work is under way to transform the former Blakely shop in London Street.
This comes as Norwich City Council gives the final plans - for the illuminated Taco Bell signage - the green light.
"It’s true, Norwich’s cravings are being answered," said a spokesman for the Tex Mex chain.
"We’ll have more details to share with you soon."

Builders have already stripped the former clothing shop and are in the process of refitting the space.
Work is also under way outside, with wooden boarding fixed to prepare the way for the new signs.
When open, the restaurant will have space for 28 diners and be open from 11am to 11pm daily.
Taco Bell plans to employ 25 staff made up of 10 full-time and 15 part-time roles.
However, the restaurant chain has not revealed an opening date for the site.
