Customers can now dine al fresco at one of Norwich's most popular takeaways.

Couple Junghee Park and Bongha Kim opened Seoul Born along Orford Place, in the former home of a fish and chip shop, in November 2023.

It serves fried chicken on its own or in a rice bowl, with jackfruit and aubergine available as vegan alternatives.

While there is some seating inside, they recently applied to Norwich City Council for some outdoor seating and it has been approved.

Mrs Park said: "Having only limited seats inside the restaurant, we thought it would be nice to have a few more seats outside.

"For a small business like us, it makes a huge difference - a big thanks to Norwich City Council for granting us the licence."

The Seoul Born menu can be ordered through the Deliveroo platform too.

The couple also own the Korean restaurant The Kimchi, located a stone's throw away in Brigg Street, which opened in October 2019.
