A man who drunkenly smashed into a family's front garden almost a year ago has been fined and disqualified from driving.
Luke Hodge of Neville Road, Norwich, was arrested on suspicion of driving with excess alcohol after he crashed his car in Allens Lane on the evening of September 8.
The 44-year-old knocked down a wall and damaged two other cars during the incident but no one was injured.
Hodge initially pleaded not guilty, however after arriving at Norwich Magistrates Court on August 23, he changed his plea to guilty.

He was fined a total of £502 by the court and disqualified from driving for 38 months.
Anna Lloyd-Williams had both her cars damaged during the incident.
She said: "I was about to leave the house to get in my car, when I realised though I'd forgotten my sunglasses.
"So I went back to look for them and about 30 seconds later was when the Land Rover came crashing into the garden."
