A group of runners are gearing up to take on the gruelling challenge of running 10,000 meters in EVERY city in the UK.
Six city runners, Tom Vosper, Ben Robbins, Alex Robbins, Nathan Cooper, Jon Stanley and Sam Brooks, will be running total of 341 miles each over 16 days by taking on a challenge dubbed Run The Cities.
In total the group will run a 10k in all 55 cities - a challenge thought up by Tom, whose dad died of prostate cancer in 2017 and was his way "doing something big" in his memory.
Sam, 31, said: "It's not going to be that one person runs a 10k and someone else runs another.
"Everyone will be running everything.
"We'll be running three or four 10ks a day to stay within the 16 days and it works out to running about 18 to 24 miles every day.
"We're starting in Truro, in Cornwall, on September 14 and will be finishing up in Norwich at Carrow Road on September 29.
"Each run will start and end at a football ground in the city.
"We've done a lot of significant training since February - mainly all types of running, various gym work and taking on multiple runs in a day.
"It's been tough but the training has gone well and we're positive it will all pay off during the 16 days."

Sam added: "We're all looking to get started now.
"We understand how hard it's going to be but I know we'll manage to drag each other through the challenge.
"It's also quite the achievement to see all 55 cities in the UK.
"We hope as we complete the runs we'll get more donations."
