Emergency services were at the scene of an ongoing incident in Norwich city centre.
At least three police cars and three fire crews blocked part of Rouen Road, outside the NHS Walk-in Centre.
They arrived at the scene around 3pm and cordoned off an area around the back of the building due to a "concern for safety".
The fire crews were the first to leave the scene around half an hour later, with the rest of the police cars being stood down shortly before 4pm.
