A police cordon has been put in place in Norwich city centre.
Police have taped off part of London Street this morning.
The cordon is in place outside Gonzo's Tea Room and a police car remains at the scene.
The nature of the incident is not yet clear.
Norfolk Police has been approached for a comment.
