A person was rescued from a river in Norwich in the early hours of the morning.
Emergency services were called to Riverside Road at around 1.41am on Sunday to reports of a person in the river.
Police, fire and ambulance services attended the scene.
Firefighters mounted a rescue operation and at about 2am the person was brought to safety and taken into the care of the police.
The person was checked over by paramedics but was uninjured and well.
Fire crews from Sprowston and Carrow attended the scene.
