A beloved boozer at the heart of the city centre will reopen tomorrow after a month-long refurbishment.

The Lamb Inn will reopen its doors on Friday after four weeks of "exciting renovations".

The Orford Place pub has made additions including a new outdoor bar, an upgrade to its signage and light installations around the site.

Originally planned to reopen on Wednesday, some minor delays pushed the pub's relaunch back until tomorrow.

The pub, part of the Stonegate Group, held a summer closing party over the August bank holiday weekend and has planned a week of events for its grand reopening.

The High Points Band will kick-off the pubs relaunch on Friday, with 'East Anglian Boy' Leon Mallett performing a day later.
