Armed police are currently in a road in Norwich.

They swooped on a property in Appleyard Crescent earlier this morning.

A witness said that police were present from as early as 10.30am and they were seen using a screwdriver to open the door.

A locksmith was later seen replacing the door handle.

Police were contacted for comment.
