The family of a teenager who died after being stabbed in a Norwich flat have paid tribute to him as four people have been charged in connection with his murder.

Emergency services were called to a group of flats in Lefroy Road at 10.40pm on Saturday, September 21 following reports of a stabbing.

When officers arrived, they found the body of a man with a single stab wound.

In a tribute to Kalvin his mother said their family has been "left in a million pieces". 

She said: "It is so devastating what has happened to my son. It has left our family in a million pieces which we will never recover from.

“Kalvin was a son, a grandson, a brother, a cousin and a friend to us all.

“We will remember and miss Kalvin all the days of our life. 

“We love you Kalvin, rest in heavenly peace until we meet again.”

Since the investigation was launched officers have made five arrests in connection with the incident. 

On Saturday, Norfolk Police confirmed that four people have been charged. 

Leon Bangura, 22, of Old Kent Road, London is charged with murder and threatening another person with an offensive weapon.

He is also charged with further offences of possession of a bladed article, possession with intent to supply, and being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

Adam Dugdale, 55, of Shorncliffe Avenue, Norwich is charged with murder.

Carrie-Anne Hall, 51, of Lodge Breck, Norwich is charged with murder.

Matthew Holmes, 51, of Bowthorpe Road, Norwich is charged with assisting an offender.

All four are due to appear before Norwich magistrates on Monday.

A teenage male arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder has been released on police bail.

A woman who has lived in the road for six years said: "I've never known anything like this happening here before.

"It is quite concerning when you hear that kind of thing going on. It's so sad when someone loses their life like that."
