A menopause expert is set to host an event at John Lewis in Norwich.
Diane Danzebrink, a leading campaigner for menopause education and awareness, will attend the event on Thursday, October 3.
The event, which will run from 5pm to 7pm, is free to attend, but tickets must be booked in advance.
Diane will answer questions and share her expertise on how women can be better supported and informed throughout the menopause.
She will also tackle myths about the menopause, and discuss topics such as hot flushes, anxiety, treatment options, and relationships.
Diane will also provide information on hormone replacement therapy (HRT), which is the theme of this year's World Menopause Day on October 18.
Diane, who now lives in Norfolk, is a qualified personal therapist and wellbeing consultant, and the founder of the not-for-profit organisation Menopause Support.
She said: “Please don’t struggle alone, if you have been looking for answers, or want to know how you can help someone you care about through this stage of their life, please join us.”
