Police officers and paramedics are at the scene of an emergency in Norwich city centre.
The incident is believed to have involved a taxi and happened in St Stephens Street by the junction with Rampant Horse Street.

Emergency services including two ambulances and two police cars were in attendance there.
They arrived at around 8.15pm.
