A town just south of Norwich is getting its sweat on with the opening of a new gym.

SUMMIT Training Club is Wymondham's newest fitness space, offering small-group personal training in a modern and fully equipped unit in Elm Farm Business Park.

It is the brainchild of Patrick Matthews and Harriet Drewry who have more than a decade of coaching experience between them.

"Whether it is your first venture into fitness or you are a seasoned pro our expertly crafted programming will push you to reach your peak."

The pair specialise in strength and conditioning training for no more than six people at a time which they say allows them to tailor programmes to specific needs.

Patrick, the head coach, said: "This has been a dream of mine since I started my gym journey years ago.

"The fact that has come true so soon is still a little overwhelming and having Harriet to build this community with makes it all the better."

"SUMMIT would not have been possible without the ongoing encouragement from our clients who have been so supportive and pushed us both to create this space," Harriet, 41, added.

"We are hugely excited to continue to build a gym of driven like-minded individuals who are in the pursuit of improvement for their physical and mental wellbeing."
