An e-scooter rider has been taken to hospital after an incident in the centre of Norwich.
Police and ambulance crews were called to St Stephens Street at 7.40pm on Thursday following reports of a crash involving a taxi and an e-scooter.
Two ambulances, a rapid response vehicle, and a response car from the East Anglian Air Ambulance were sent to the scene.
The e-scooter rider was left injured after falling off his scooter in front of the moving taxi.
He was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further assessment and treatment.
Beryl Bikes have said the e-scooter involved in this accident was not one from the Beryl e-scooter trial.
