A chef is planning a solo walk from Norwich to London to raise awareness for mental health.
Charlie Hodson will set off from the Forum, Norwich, on October 8, with the aim of arriving at Battersea Park on October 13.
He will have no training, only the change in his pocket, and the clothes he leaves in.
Mr Hodson wants to replicate how life can suddenly be affected by mental health issues or accidents, where one must rely on the kindness of friends and strangers.
He is doing this to support the "Walk of Wellbeing 24" for the charity Hospitality Action, which supported him when he attempted to commit suicide in 2019.

On social media, Mr Hodson will ask for help, including food, clothing and companionship for parts of his journey.
The 113.9-mile walk is his way of giving back to the charity, which he credits with saving his life.
