A cafe in a historic city centre building is set for a major refurb as new managers take over.

REST Cafe in the Grade I-listed Churchman House will soon be transformed as part of a huge renovation that will take place before Christmas.

Cafe manager Danielle Mason said: "I can't wait.

"It will be completely redone when the work is finished and will be a lot more functional.

"We are going to have a new menu and food will be cooked to order and made fresh on site.

"It is exciting to see the cafe go in this direction."
