Front doors have been left battered in a village off the A47 amid a knock-and-run trend.
The incidents have been happening across Lingwood from 3.30pm to 8.00pm in recent days.
The trend - which sees a perpetrator knock on a door and run away before the homeowner can answer - has been damaging doors and distressing locals.

Police have announced that they will continue to patrol the affected areas at night and are urging locals in Lingwood and its surrounding villages to be wary of the trend.
The Town Police Clauses Act of 1847 stated that it was a crime to “wilfully and wantonly disturb any inhabitant by pulling or ringing any doorbell or knocking at any door without lawful excuse” but the law was repealed in 2015.
