A coffee shop is putting a unique 'all-Norfolk' twist on a classic menu item.
The Britons Arms, on Norwich's Elm Hill, is introducing a toasted cheese sandwich featuring four of the county's most renowned cheeses.
These are: the Norfolk Mardler, a goat's cheese from Fielding Cottage, near Norwich; Norfolk Dapple, produced by Ferndale Farm, in Little Barningham; and the Binham Blue, and Copys Cloud, both from Mrs Temple in Wells-next-the-Sea.

Richard Ellis, leading chef at the Britons Arms, came up with the ‘quattro formaggi’ idea to mark National Cheese Toastie Day, which is on Sunday.
"Our cheese toastie remains one of the most popular dishes on our lunch menu.

“National Cheese Toastie Day seemed the ideal time to showcase some of the fabulous cheeses which are being made here in Norfolk.”
The special toastie will be served with crisps and a salad and will be available throughout the week, from Saturday onwards.
