A chart-topping singer has updated fans on his health ahead of his sold-out show in Norwich.

Will Young shot to fame after winning the first series of Pop Idol in 2002.

He has since had 11 top-ten singles in the UK and his number-one hits include Evergreen and Leave Right Now.

He is touring the country following the release of his new album Light It Up, promising fans an "intimate evening of music, stories and laughter".
