A town's recently opened play centre for newborns and toddlers is already up for sale as the owner looks to spend more time with her young son.
Charlotte Moppett launched Hugo's in Elm Farm Business Park, Wymondham in February as a "next step" for her future.
The business is named after her firstborn, Hugo, and offers a play space where new parents can network, relax and host birthday parties.
Charlotte said: "It is with a heavy heart that I have made the decision to find someone who can continue to run Hugo's.
"This decision has not been made lightly and has been given lots of thought, however, I need to support my family and this will provide a balance in order to do so."

Despite her stepping away, Hugo's will not be closing and will continue to run as usual until a buyer is found.
"There is a huge amount of growth potential for the right person who has the ambition and enthusiasm to thrive," Charlotte added.
"A strong online presence is already in place, with a dedicated website and growing social media accounts.
"So much time, love and thought have been poured into Hugo's, therefore, I would love for it to continue.

"This is a great opportunity for someone to come and pick up the business and carry on."
Inside the "aesthetically pleasing" barn are games for children up to six years old, as well as activities based on development, sensory play and imaginative play.
Charlotte previously said it was important to her that children could immerse themselves in a calm space to nurture "wholesome" memories.
Hugo's is open from Monday to Saturday, however, private hire is available on a Sunday upon request.
There is parking at the front and also an overflow car park at the back of the site.
