Plans at a new Aldi store are among the public notices to be aware of in Norfolk this week.
1. Temporary traffic lights
The Street and Norwich Road in Acle from its junction with Reedham Road will have temporary traffic lights in place between 7pm and 5am between November 4 and November 18.
This is to allow for essential carriageway maintenance to be carried out by Norfolk County Council.
During the work, alternate routes will be in place in The Street, Acle Road, South Walsham Road, Burlingham Road, Newport Road and Old Newport Road.
2. Death notice
Bernard John Mc-Dermott who lived at St Nicholas Drive, Caister-on-Sea, died on September 29 and his home has been left in the hands of local administrators.
Under the Trustee Act 1925, any persons with a claim against or an interest in the estate are required to send written requests to Chamberlins Solicitors, 4-6 Crown Road, Great Yarmouth.
All letters must be submitted by January 5 2025.
3. Water extraction licence
E H Mack and Sons in Surlingham has applied for a full licence to abstract water from marsh dykes in the area.
This application has been filed with the Norfolk Environment Agency in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources Regulations 2006.

4. Signage installation request
The new Aldi in Park Road, Diss, has requested the installation of new signs around its store and car park areas.
The store, which is still being built, has submitted plans for a variety of signs including a wall-mounted showcase sign, a vinyl logo sign, one information sign and one 'H frame' totem with a double-faced logo.
Anyone who wants to comment on the plans should contact South Norfolk and Broadland Council by November 21.
5. New zebra crossing
Norfolk County Council has proposed the removal of the existing pedestrian crossing in Gayton Road, outside the West Norfolk Eye Centre, in King's Lynn.
This is to install a new zebra-controlled pedestrian crossing which the council claims will make the "crossing safer for pedestrians" and "ease bus movements when turning right from the main hospital access road".
People can comment on the plans until November 19.
