Passengers experienced delays travelling between Norwich and London this morning after a person was hit by a train.
Trains on the busy Greater Anglia route to the capital terminated in Shenfield in Essex after the incident.
A spokesman for Greater Anglia said: "We will be supporting the emergency services and Network Rail where we can.

"In the meantime, please allow extra time for your journey.
"Train services running to and from these stations may be cancelled, delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until further notice."
Greater Anglia tickets were being accepted on the London Underground with passengers from Norwich able to travel via the Ely and Cambridge.
