The site of a tabletop gaming café and bar has gone up for sale, just days after its owner expressed doubt over its future.
A commercial premises on Lower Goat Lane, where The Games Table now resides, is now up for grabs at £675,000 for the freehold.
Arnold Keys is offering the three-storey unit as a commercial opportunity.
The rateable value of the ground floor, where The Games Room currently sits, is £37,500 a year, while the rental value for the vacant first and second floor is estimated at £21,500.
Last week the owner of the business, Kieran Meenaghan, posted on social media saying he had "some important, and sad" news about the venue's future.
Mr Meenaghan said the landlord decided to take back control of the building after the business was "in arrears for rent and buildings insurance".
He added: "Sadly I did not know this was on the cards.
"Following a recent meeting with the estate agents to discuss the repayment, I believed the landlords were happy with our proposed plan."
Despite saying he was "trying everything" to get the business back on track Mr Meenaghan conceded it might not be enough.

Arnolds Keys says in its brochure of the unit: "The property comprises a three-storey traditional mid terrace commercial building.
"The ground floor provides an open-plan retail space with rear storage, staff areas and rear loading from Upper Goat Lane.

"The first and second floors, accessed from their own doorway onto Lower Goat Lane, have most recently been utilised as a restaurant providing various seating areas, a commercial kitchen and a bar."
The Games Table, which opened in 2018, offers a range of board games and table-top entertainment including card games, miniature games and roleplaying games.
Mexican restaurant Mambo Jambo closed its doors to the unit above in February, after filing for voluntary liquidation late last year.
