Electric vehicle charging points will be installed in 13 city streets as the next phase of an ongoing project gets under way.
Norfolk County Council has teamed up with contractor Blink to install charge points in residential streets across Norwich.
They will be available for anyone to pull up and pay to use but are particularly intended for people who do not have driveways and garages at home.
Charging points at nine locations such as Hall Road, Walpole Street and Hobart Square are already operational.

Phases three and four of the scheme will begin on November 14.
Between next week and January 22, chargepoints will be installed in Fishergate, St Leonards Road, Patterson Road, Starling Road, Wingfield Road, Calvert Street, Oak Street, Whitehall Road, Stafford Road, Branford Road, Heigham Street, Charles Square and Dolphin Grove.
After they are installed, they will need to be connected to the electric network before they can be used.
Some of these charge points will be installed in parking bays which will need to be closed for the duration of the work.
Signs with more information about any changes will be displayed in advance.
