Norwich has been named one of the best places to live within a UK national park.
Property experts worked with The Daily Mail to compile the list which said Norwich is the best option for those wanting to live on the Norfolk Broads.
The pros explained that the Broads are far quieter than they were in their heyday of the 1970s - but that this is actually a bonus.
Now, without the crowds, holidaymakers can get a true sense of the area's "dozy charm".

Although they named the market towns of Aylsham and Reepham as some of the best places to stop over on a Broads trip, they felt Norwich had more to offer someone who wanted to make a permanent move.
"As a city, Norwich has a lot going for it - proximity to the north Norfolk coast, the Broads on its doorstep, its splendid parks and lively restaurant scene and, above all, its walkability," the experts said.
They added that many are attracted to Norwich's "arty vibe" and said younger people flock to the NR1 and NR4 postcodes, while "the leafy streets of the Golden Triangle" are hits with the wealthy.
Although they confessed it is much quieter than most cities, they praised its easy train and road links to London.
