A burglar with 50 previous offences stole thousands of pounds worth of goods after breaking into businesses in Norwich Lanes.
Samuel Wells, 28, was caught when his DNA was found at properties in the Pottergate area where he had pried open windows.
Norwich Magistrates’ Court was told he had hit two businesses in Bagley Court in the early hours of August 10.
Electronic items worth over £2,000 had been stolen from Feel Good Therapies and the Soma Wellbeing Centre.

Wells, of William Kett Close in Norwich, pleaded guilty to two charges of entering as a trespasser with intention to steal.
He also admitted a similar break-in at the Athena Games store on St Gregory's Alley on the night of September 14 and 15.
Hundreds of pounds of cash, a charity collection box and other items were stolen on that occasion.
Wells will be sentenced on December 19. He was given bail with conditions not to enter Pottergate.
Requesting a pre-sentence report, Emma Lloyd, mitigating, said: “There are issues around alcohol that very much need to be looked at.”
