It has relocated from The Halls for 2024 as the venue is undergoing a multi-million-pound revamp.
The fair was founded in 2015 by Norfolk-based artists Will Teather and Brian Korteling, who will both be exhibiting at The Assembly House.
Mr Teather said: "We are delighted to be able to host our 10th edition at The Assembly House.
"We would like to dedicate this year's fair to Richard Hughes, who was instrumental in making this happen.
"We hope we do you proud Richard."
