Husband-and-wife duo Myles Oakley and Sarah Perry opened Vintage Apparel at 15 St Giles Street in December 2022.

Mr Oakley previously ran the East End Thrift Store in London, which had concessions in places such as Selfridges, Topshop and House of Fraser.
