A man from Blofield has appeared in court charged with 28 separate offences.
Jacob Hearle, 44, of Smith Close, appeared at Norwich Magistrates' Court on Monday where he pleaded guilty to 25 thefts from shops, possession of an offensive weapon, possession of a Class A drug and money laundering.
The charges relate to 25 shop thefts that happened at Co-op stores between September 19 and November 1.
He targeted shops in Norwich, Costessey, Long Stratton, Acle and Brundall where he stole items including meat, coffee, and alcohol.
Hearle was arrested on November 3 and taken to Wymondham Police Station for questioning.
Officers then searched his property where they found a knife, cocaine and suspected stolen items leading to his 28 charges.
After appearing in court, Hearle was remanded into custody ahead of his sentencing at Norwich Magistrates' Court on November 21.
