A defibrillator has been installed outside a Norwich pub after months of fundraising.
For six months, The Gordon pub hosted various fundraising events with all proceeds directed towards buying and installing the life-saving device.
Publicans Scott and Niki Hemming, who have been at the helm of the pub for several years, spearheaded the initiative.
This summer, they achieved their aim of raising £1,600 through events, raffles, and karaoke nights.

Mr Hemming said: “The community are always so supportive of everything we do at the pub, and we wouldn’t have been able to do this without them.
“Niki and I are thrilled that we can provide such life-saving equipment, which although we hope doesn’t need to be used, could be life-changing for one of our regulars or members of the community.”
The defibrillator is now installed outside the pub on Gordon Avenue.
Mr Hemming added: “Niki and I want to thank the whole community because without their generosity and support, this wouldn’t have been possible.”
