A city centre business owner said she's "disappointed but not surprised" after police closed the case of a man being shoved through her new shop’s window.
Helen Shepherd witnessed the altercation unfold outside her alternative clothing shop Elysium, next door in St Benedicts Street, where the victim escaped with just a few cuts to his hands.
However a month after the incident police confirmed they have closed the case.
A police spokeswoman said: "All lines of enquiry have been exhausted pending any new information."
Helen said: "I'm disappointed but not surprised.
"I'm just tired and fed up with it all."
The incident, which happened on October 7, is believed to have started after two men had an altercation resulting in one pushing the other through a glass window.
Helen said at the time: "I think something was said between them and before I knew it a young man was shoved, face first, through the shop's window.
"The paramedic came and his hands had cuts but that was about it - he was very lucky.
"There was a piece of glass hanging from the top of the window frame which, if it had dropped, could have been much worse."

Helen is no stranger to the police, having reported two separate incidents in July last year, which saw £260 worth of goods stolen.
In June this year multiple businesses came forward demanding more action to be taken by police along St Benedicts Street because of the increasing anti-social behaviour there.

Mark Hedge, director of Cookes Band Instruments, said: "The level of street drinking, drug usage and anti-social behaviour in St Benedicts Street is increasing daily.
"It's making it less desirable for families to visit here and is affecting business.
"It's becoming a very intimidating place."
