An award-winning chain offering bespoke bathroom designs is set to open a new showroom in NR2.

A sign has appeared in the window of the commercial unit at 113 Unthank Road revealing that a new Ripples store will be "opening soon".

Owner of the showroom, Liam Corcoran, says the space is currently being transformed with a planned opening date of December 16.

He added: "We’re thrilled to soon welcome everyone to this new chapter!

"The showroom will feature a selection of high-quality products from brands like Axor, Laufen, Vanity Hall, Ca’ Pietra, and Dansani, among many others.

"With 17 years of experience in the bathroom industry, I’m eager to help clients bring their bathroom visions to life through inspired design and comprehensive support, from initial concepts to final installation.

"A winter sale will kick off on December 27."

Ripples offers a personalised approach with a free initial consultation which aims to take the clients' "dreams and ideas" and turn them into bespoke designs.

The site was previously home to the bespoke kitchen business, The Annex, which relocated to St Benedicts Street in September.

The site will become the chain's 21st showroom in the UK, with others located in cities such as Bristol, London, Nottingham and Bath.

The business was founded by Roger and Sandra Kyme, with the first showroom opening in Bath in 1988.

Working to a franchise model, the brand was recently named as a finalist in the Elite Franchise Top 100 Franchisees list.
