First Taco Bell has opened in London Street in Norwich

Taco Bell has launched in London Street and is the first branch to open in Norfolk.

The new location serves fan favourites like the Crunchwrap Supreme, Crunchy Taco Supreme and Volcano Burrito alongside vegetarian options.

And, in true Taco Bell style, every Tuesday will be known as Taco Tuesday and diners will be able to enjoy buy one get one free on the tacos in-store.

"At Taco Bell, we’re world-famous for our unique and crave-able menu, flavour explosion and bold experiences from innovative new items to classics."

Excited city dwellers grew restless earlier this year after the completed Taco Bell store appeared to stand ready but unopened for several months. 

One person told this paper: "I'll have died of old age before Taco Bell opens."

Priyanka Sharma, marketing executive for Taco Bell UK, explained: "We have had a lot of buzz about the opening of the Norwich store on our social media channels.

"This is an entirely new team so we wanted to make sure that everything was perfect before we opened."

Around 70 jobs have been created through the opening of the Taco Bell branch in Norwich.

The next closest branch opened in Lowestoft in 2022.

Taco Bell is open in London Street from 11am to 11pm daily.
