A man was found dead after taking a mix of heroin and cocaine at his home.
Jamie King, who was born August 17, 1984 in Rochford, Essex died at his home in Marlpit Lane on June 16 this year.
An inquest was opened into the 39-year-old's death and heard that police attended the property after concerns were raised about his welfare.
The report added: "Upon entering the property police found Mr King unresponsive and paramedics confirmed his death at the scene."

A doctor's report confirmed the medical cause of death as "combined drug toxicity consisting of protonitazene, heroin, cocaine and tramadol".
Senior coroner, Samantha Goward, said: "Reports have been requested from police, GP, drug and alcohol services, mental health services and Mr King's next of kin."
A full inquest has been set for April 17, 2025, at Norfolk Coroner's Court.
