Norwich pub The Edith Cavell on sale again with Stonegate

Stonegate Group, owners of the Edith Cavell, in Tombland, has put out an advert for new tenants at the mid-19th century site.

The pub is listed on Stonegate Group's website as having a potential turnover of £339,075 a year, with a £11,250 deposit for any interested parties.

Yearly rent is listed at £38,000 for the first year before increasing to £45,000 afterwards.

It also lists some key features such as a function room, trade kitchen and a dedicated dining room.

Despite showing opening times from 12 noon to 12 midnight or 1am throughout the week people passing by noticed the pub closed.

The pub shut at the start of 2023 but reopened in July, by Brandon Hoult and Adrian Emmerson, after a revamp.

However, it suffered another closure in mid-October last year for work to fix water ingress - with the former managers lashing out at owners Stonegate Group.

New manager, Rick Harvey, moved in shortly after and opened the doors to customers on March 1 this year.
