The landlords of a medieval pub near Norwich are stepping away to focus on family and their sister business after just a year of running it.
Kieran Bullen and Kayleigh Charlish have handed the Green Dragon in Wymondham back to its owner Admiral Taverns with "deep regret".
The couple took over the public house, believed to date back to the 14th century, late last year and were the third tenants to take charge in less than two years.
"Trust us when we say that this has been a very difficult decision as we have a lot of love and fondness for this beautiful pub," Kieran said.
"It has been a pleasure to meet new people and to see the support that we have received from the public."

When they took the Dragon on, Kieran and Kayleigh reintroduced a pub classics menu and regular beer festivals, ramping up its offerings to provide Wymondham "all it could ever want from its local tavern".
But its operation has left very little time for the couple to spend together.
"Running a pub is a lifestyle choice - it consumes your everyday life and takes up all of your time, especially for publicans running multiple pubs," Kieran added.

"As newlyweds we are considering taking that big next step and starting a family but running two pubs would stop us from being able to bring a newborn into our lives so it is with deep regret that we have decided to leave."
Instead, the pair are looking to the future with their other pub, the White Hart, just up the road.
"We are excited to announce that the White Hart will be soon undergoing a massive refurbishment to upgrade its services," they said.
"We are making huge improvements and introducing exciting additions which will include a new and extended drinks menu.
"We are excited to invest our time fully into the Hart and truly wish all the best to whoever takes over the Green Dragon."
